The construction is top-notch, with tight pleating around the nipped in waist, cuffable short sleeves, matching belt and double layer placket. Plus, the original "urban or suburban...always wear a Serbin" tags are still attached! From label Serbin "Shirtwaister", designed by Muriel Ryan, circa early 1960s.
