Popovitch Hot Air Balloons Skirt S

For those of us in the clouds... how about a hot air balloon appliqué moment?  Novelty goodness in grass kelly green, with off-center buttons down the front, slight gathering and hint of flare to there. By label Peter Popovitch, circa 1980s.
