Tropical Dream Dropwaist Ruffle Dress S

We love! Frilly and fabulous muted tropical floral and butterfly cotton dress with some major volume and a statement making silhouette. Straight cut through the body with a dropped waist and thickly gathered double layer hem, plus tiered ruffled sleeves and shoulder pads for extra oomph. The bright and juicy floral print looks great from summer into fall when paired with sandals or boots -- add a wide belt to define the waist. By label JA resorts, made in India circa 1980s.
