This piece took an interesting turn on the 90s leather "jean" skirt by adding a sky high slit up the center. It looks great with sheer black stockings or contrasting color tights. Zip fly, cutaway pockets and belt loops line the banded waist. Tea to maxi length hem, fully lined.
