This 1980s does 1950s dress has a fitted boned bodice with off the shoulder cap sleeves, a unique scalloped sweetheart neckline, princess seams, and a nipped in waist accentuated by the very full, crinoline skirt. In classic black and white polka dotted cotton, it has a retro feel and flirty party vibe: pair it with a fun shoe and get ready to dance the night away. By label I.O.U., made in USA circa 1980s.
