Voluminous mega circle skirt has more fabric than you can imagine...definitely made for dancing! True blue cotton is trimmed with strips of hot pink, lime green, orange and lemon yellow satin ribbon along the midi hem. Fitted waistband has button overlap closure that can easily be moved to fit a smaller or larger size.
