The dramatic puffed short sleeves and ruffled peplum hem are balanced out by an ultra fitted nipped in wrap style waist with vertical seaming and faux covered buttons. Made in a fresh bright blue and white silk with an abstract floral print and dotted jacquard, it looks lovely with browns, blues, and brights and is perfect for dressing up your favorite denim or over a flirty mini skirt. No labels, well made circa 1980s.
