Very structured and fitted through the bodice with a scooped neckline, tank straps, and flattering double bust darts, it has a tight nipped in waist that flows out to a slightly flared body skimming skirt. The oceanic hued chenille botanical tapestry top has a soft texture on crisp ivory cotton which brightens up the intense night-sky blue velvet of the skirt and keeps it from feeling heavy.
