1940s Dramatic Corde & Lucite Handbag

She is really something! Huge handmade corded purse with cool step structure along the base, extra wide style body in a fluted dimensional texture and incredible lucite hardware. The skinny brass zipper is adorned with a massive curved leaf pull, and the double circle handles have a deeply etched coil twist. Very roomy interior has a small slip pocket along the back wall. No tags, very well made, circa 1940s.
 
• 15" width, 9" height, 1 1/2" depth, 3" handle drop
• Corde body, lucite hardware, brass zipper, grosgrain lining
• Full zipper closure
• Great condition, all perfect except for some aging to the underside of the massive leaf zipper pull
