Super chill vintage black cotton smock tunic / mini dress with laser-like stripes appliqued in a haphazard fashion, bringing us back to 80s skating rink days. Loose silhouette has a wide neckline that just drapes off the shoulder, and wide hem with short slits. Works as a mini dress but is really short ;)
