Mega twirl 💙 Vintage 1970s Anne Fogarty long sleeve maxi dress with a sweet peter pan collar, decorative buttons down the fitted bodice and jaunty ruffles at the cuffs and hem. Dress is tight to the empire waist then flared to an unbelievably full hem. Long zip down the back, unlined.
