Carol Full Floral Belted Dress M/L

A dress that has it all. Rich painterly garden floral design with a flattering cut, buttons all the way down and matching belt to accentuate the nipped in waist. The fitted scoop neck bodice has criss cross detail in back and notched cuffs on the short sleeves. The ultra full voluminous skirt has pockets for the win.
