Deco Swirl Skirt S

Swirl skirts are the best, and this is a good one! An animated maxi made up of black crepe panels and a colorful deco/trippy pattern in bold tomato red/mustard/blueberry/lime hues. The bias cut paneling hugs the hip and then flares out to an extremely twirly scalloped hemline. There is a small remnant of a label but no info, circa 1970s.
