Floral Flutter Surplice Blouse S/M

The perfect boho blouse with a surplice wrap style construction, fluttery sleeve, and folksy floral mixed print. V-neck with a stretchy smocked waist and flared hem for a peplum effect, the flowy sleeves have a pointed handkerchief hem and lace trim. The warm faded red and black floral print on white looks great with flared jeans, white palazzos, or black mini skirts. No brand label, well made circa 1970s.
