Gloriously full and dramatic vintage 80s dress with a sweeping full circle skirt cascading from a high neck princess seam fitted bodice. The cut is so divine. Open back detail with two fabric bows, and handy pockets hidden in the sideseams for the win. By label Couture of Sacramento, circa 1980s.
