Sweet ditsy floral mini dress with pearly flower buttons down the length, short sleeves, mid-size shoulderpads and gathering under the bust for a hint of shape. Short and flirty hemline, busy golden-mauve-sage print. By All That Jazz, made in USA, circa 1990s.
