Get down to business in this vintage utilitarian style shirtwaist dress with big cargo pockets on the slouchy collared bodice, curve hugging skirt and handy pockets at the hip. Nipped in waist with beltloops is just itching for a perfect tan leather statement belt to bring it all together.
