Cheeky tomato red cotton voile dress with textured white swiss dots and subtle piping along the scooped neckline, kicky ruffled hemline and lining the flared cuffs at the end of the sheer sleeves. Gently fitted with french darts and a nipped in waist. By label Miss Elliette of California, circa 1970s.
