Sweet yet vampy, this scoop neck velvet shift has a timeless cut and a flirty floral peek-a-boo cut out motif with strategic placement. Straight-ish cut through the body with a mini length hem and tank straps to keep cool, in a the plush inky black velvet. Perfect year round, dress it up with sky high heels and a statement earring, or layer it over a turtleneck or t-shirt and wear it more casually with boots or sneakers.
