Painterly Rose Garden Blouse L/XL

A wearable rose garden in a moody mix of mulberry, olive, lilac, champagne and pewter tones. The top is deadstock and 1940s inspired, with strong shoulderpads to balance the voluminous sleeves, stand up collar, placket covered front and subtle pleats over the front for a flowy easy fit. By label Evan Picone Woman, made in China, circa 1990s.
