Soft Striped Fringed Tube Dress S/M

Beachy multicolored woven tube dress with a funky rippled texture and fun fringed hem. The soft and stretchy weave in primary colored stripes has a Turkish towel feel we love. The smocked tube top construction has short ties at the waist to cinch a bit as well. The perfect cover up for beach days with flip flops or espadrilles, it can also be dressed up with a leather belt and heels for a fun date or party look. No labels, well made circa 1990/2000s.
