Speckled Silk Roses Skirt S

Like an impressionist painting you can wear, this light and flowy silk midi skirt is utterly dreamy. High waisted and hip skimming, the deep blue background is speckled with painterly dashes of white and scattered with watercolor roses in shades of pink and green.
