The top is an unassuming black stretch bodice, with an interesting scooped back and cinching tie, then BAM - the skirt explodes into endless yards on yards of macro jungle foliage chintz cotton, literally huge and FLOWING. A slight crisp sheen gives extra life, and pockets at the hip bring it all home.
